2026 Registration

Registration Cost:

Please see t-shirt size details at the bottom of the page.

● $75 per day for all meals and staying overnight
● $45 per day for meals and staying off-campus
● $30 per day for attendance to classes and no meals

● Registration fee is $20 per registrant and will be applied towards tuition. Please have registration paid in full by June 25th.
● Youth teachers will receive a $50 discount, please apply this to your total.
● If you want a T-shirt, you must select one and add the cost to the Balance Due. T-shirt orders must be received by June 1st.
● You are responsible for your own bed linens (XL Twin sized: 38″x 80″), blankets, pillows, towels, and personal toiletries.
● Registration is not final & keys will not be assigned until fees & forms are received by Bro. Daniel Beutel. Make checks payable to SWCBS.

Transportation to the school is available from the Austin Bergstrom, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, or Bush Intercontinental Airport (NOT Hobby). Please schedule arrivals prior to 1pm on Sunday, and schedule departure any time after 1:00 PM on Saturday. Please provide flight information and transportation needs ASAP.
